Gray, MD, Residency Program Director at Harvard Medical School and Director of the Sinus Center at Massachusetts Eye and Ear; Jeffrey P. Simons, MD, AAO-HNSF Coordinator of Education and Professor of Otolaryngology at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine; Richard V. Smith, MD, past AAO-HNSF Coordinator of Education and Interim Chair of the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Albert Einstein College of Medicine; and Carla V. Valenzuela, MD, a PGY3 Resident at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and Chair of the AAO-HNS Section for Residents and Fellows-in-Training, to discuss the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on resident education and how approaches may change moving forward.
